RETURN POLICY

Rustix does not offer refunds due to the unique nature and individual characteristics of each product. If a manufacturing default is present, RUSTIX will gladly replace or fix the item(s). Please not that if goods are damaged as a result of manufacture default - RUSTIX must be notified within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. 

RUSTIX endeavours to inspect goods prior to dispatch and bears no responsibility for goods being damaged during transit. 

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs are not refundable as we utilise third party couriers. 

INSURANCE OPTIONS

Options for insurance are available for a small additional fee. Please contact sales@rustix.com.au for a quote.
