Q: Do you have most of your stock on hand?
A: Yes, RUSTIX has up to 10,000 pieces of stock in the warehouse.

Q: Do you have stock quantities on hand for commercial orders?
A:  Yes, RUSTIX has 98% of their stock that is listed on the website in commercial quantities.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We are able to dispatch daily once payment is received. Interstate deliveries generally take 1-3 business days.

Q: Do you do delivery Australia wide?
A: Yes.

Q: Are we able to pick up from the warehouse?
A: Yes, our warehouse is available Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm for pick up.
 
Q: Do you have warranty on your products?
A: Yes – standard 12-month warranty. However, please consult us for maintenance instructions and Terms & Conditions.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: We import, manufacture and sell goods directly to the market which allows us to provide the lowest possible pricing.
However, please shoot us an email in regards to commercial quantities.

Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: Yes, our showroom is located at 3B/6 Boundary Road, Northmead NSW 2152.

Q: How is payment made?
A: Payment is made either through our website or direct bank transfer.
